Why waste time with expensive, bland, industrialized food. It's time to stand up and support produce prepared with care, pride and passion.

As an island with 64,000,000 residents we need to seriously look at producing food in a sustainable way, without any negative impact on our environment, and with a minimum of artificial intrusion.

You have to ask the question is it really cost effective to our environment to fish in British waters, then send the fish to be  processed by cheap foreign labour in china only to be sent back to the UK for sale.

Goods should always be produced in a fair way. Producers should not be exploited and should be paid a fair amount for thier skill and labour.
